The City Wire covered the regional robotics event at UA Fort Smith this weekend and discovered a young man from Houston who is home-schooled, in the 10th grade. He’s 8 years old!

Closer to home, TCW has lots of photos – especially of home-town competitors participating in the Frontier Trails BEST Regional Robotics competition. Also, TCW provides a taste of the economic impact the event had on the Fort Smith region.

Oh yeah, there’s even some information explaining why  the competition helps students establish a potentially lucrative career in the field of robotics.
