Teams competing in this year’s River Valley BEST Robotics Competition will offer a preview to the public during Mall Day, which will take place Oct. 18 at Central Mall in Fort Smith.

“Mall Day is a practice day set up to allow four teams at a time practice on the official game field for one hour,” said John Martini, assistant professor of electronics technology and director of River Valley Best (local hub) and Frontier Trails BEST (regional competition). “Teams can watch other teams and catch a possible glimpse of their opponents’ strategy and robot design.”
